Memory verse:

“Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.”                            Psa. 35:27.

The scriptures make us to understand that our God does not and cannot change Mal. 3:6; Heb. 13:8. This means that what man does or refuse to do, has no impact on God. Rather every act of a man impacts absolutely on his life, either directly or indirectly Deu. 30:19; 28:1-2. Therefore, serving God does not benefit God it is the believer that enjoys the benefits of his choice to serve God Job 36:11.

The benefits that accrue to the believer in serving God.

  1. Serving God turns our reproach to honor.

Serving God is all about engaging in activities that bring enlargement to God’s kingdom and growth of the church Acts 6:4,7. Enlargement of God’s kingdom is about increase in number of souls, and this brings honor to God Pro. 14:28. In return, God honors the individual turning his reproach around 1Sam. 2:30.

  1. Serving God guarantees open rewards.

Serving God often gets the believer engaging either on the prayer altar or the field going after the unsaved. These are places that are out of the eyes of the public Mat. 6:6,9-10. What God sees the believer do in the secret; He rewards in the open Mat. 6:6,18; Lk. 22:35.

In essence, soul winning is the kingdom advancement endeavor that is most rewarding Lk. 10:1-2,17-19. The ongoing “Operation come and see” is therefore an opportunity every winner must take advantage of for the full delivery of fortune 2024 package.
