Memory verse:

“Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the LORD be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.”                                                Psa. 35:27.

God introduced Himself to Moses as the “I AM THAT I AM”, which by implication means He remains who He is eternally Exo. 3:14. There is nothing anyone or anything can do to increase or reduce His personality, power, or authority. In essence, what we human do and don’t have no impact on God. Therefore, the commandment of scriptures to serve God is not to God’s benefit, rather it is absolutely to our benefit Deu. 28:1-13.

The benefits that accrue to the believer in serving God.

  1. Serving God guarantees supernatural breakthrough.

Peter served God using his resources, his toiling and struggle was converted to breakthrough suddenly and supernaturally Lk. 5:3-8. In Jesus’ words, serving God delivers both earthly and eternal breakthroughs Mk. 10:28-30; 3:14.

  1. Serving God guarantees the meeting of all our needs.

The needs of man are not only financial and material, they are far more than what money can buy. Such things like joy, all-round rest, protection etc are basic things that every man need in life. From scriptures, we understand that serving God guarantees the supply of all Exo. 23:25-26; 2Chr. 15:12-15.

Serving God is about engaging in activities that result in the enlargement of God’s kingdom and church growth, which essentially is soul winning. Soul winning can be said to be the most valuable service in the kingdom Mat. 26:26-27. Therefore every winner should take advantage of the ongoing ‘Operation Come and See’ to take full delivery of our Fortune 2024 package for the year.
