Memory verse:
“And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.” Mat.21:22.
The believer by redemption is now ordained for the abundant life Jn. 10:10. This is God’s design for all of His children, and His provision for the believer to make this a reality is the prayer platform. Our God is the owner of all the good things of life, but He will only give them to those who will ask Mat. 7:7-8. Therefore, believer needs the understanding of what makes prayer platform to deliver to enjoy the abundant life.
How to make the prayer platform deliver results.
- Engage in revelation-driven prayer.
Revelation means the spiritual understanding of the scriptures to the point of knowing how to apply it and generate desired result in life Jn. 6:6. When the prayer of the believer is based on the understanding of God’s word, it is guaranteed to deliver result Hos. 14:2. Therefore, for our prayer to be effective, we must observe the following:
- Understand that God’s word is the will of God on every subject matter.
In essence, whatever the word of God says about anything reveals what the will of God is on the issue Mat. 8:1-3.
- When we pray in line with God’s will, God will answer.
In essence, when our prayer agrees with what the word says, we are sure to have result from our prayer 1Jn. 5:14-15.
- We must keep God reminded of His will.
What we do in prayer is simply to present or remind God of His will on the issue of interest Isa. 43:26; 41:21. When we do we are sure to secure His response and answer to our prayers.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father in the name of Jesus, my prayer altar comes on fire afresh now thereby making my prayer to deliver result from today Mk. 1:24.
Action.
Search God’s word on the issues of interest to you, then present His word in prayer.
