Memory verse:

Believers are ordained by redemption to be different and distinguished on the earth Mat. 5:13-16. This is not a promise but a covenant, and serving God is covenant demand that makes a believer different Mal. 3:17-18. One of the ways we serve God is through prayer and fasting, and it is a highly profitable form of service Lk. 3:37-38. This is because it is a service done mostly in secret, and God sees in secret to rewards openly Mat. 6:6,17-18. This means that when prayer becomes the lifestyle of believer, he is guaranteed changes in his life.

Scriptural Examples of Giants Made at Prayer Altar.

1. Jesus Christ, Our Perfect Example.

Christ is identified in scripture as our eternal intercessor; His core mission at the right hand of God now is to intercede for the saints Heb. 7:25. Scripture records Jesus engaged in intercession while physically on the earth. His engagement resulted in his transfiguration on the altar of praying kingdom advancement prayer Lk. 9:28-30. This resulted in the translation of Jesus into higher level of authority Lk. 9:35,43.

Father, in the name of Jesus, I make the choice for renewed commitment to the prayer altar, I receive the empowerment of the Holy Spirit for tireless and productive engagement to the end Zch. 4:6.
