Memory verse:
“Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.” Jn. 15:16.
For the believer to maximize the kingdom life, he needs a good understanding of the kingdom principles Deu. 28:1-2. One vital principle of the kingdom is that result is what entitles the believer for kingdom rewards Lk. 19:17-19. But whatever is God’s demand on the believer is what He has given the enablement for the believer to do 1Jn. 5:3. Therefore, the believer has no excuse for failure to deliver expected result.
Scriptural understanding that will empower the believer to produce expected result.
- Heaven rejoices over one soul that is saved.
We understand that when one soul is won to Christ, the whole of heaven rejoice Lk. 15:7. In essence, until a soul is converted heaven does not take notice of our efforts no matter how intense it is. When we make heaven to rejoice, in return things will begin to happen in our lives to make us rejoice Gen. 8:22.
- The believer is rewarded for results obtained not steps taken.
We understand from scriptures that until the believer delivers result, he is not qualified for rewards irrespective of how much labor he has invested Dan. 12:3.
- God does not pay groups, He pays individuals.
Reward in Gods kingdom is given individually not corporately Jn. 4:35-36; Lk. 10:7. Therefore, as much as our labor is done corporately, individuals must ensure he produces result so as to be entitled for reward.
