Memory verse:
“Therefore thus will I do unto thee, O Israel: and because I will do this unto thee, prepare to meet thy God, O Israel.”
- Amo 4:12.
The scriptures state clearly that no matter how bad the situation is with man, there will be a dramatic change when he genuinely meets with God Isa. 1:18; Mat. 11:28. This is what we call encounter with God, and there are places ordained by God for such appearance of God Jer. 18:1-2. Shiloh is one of such places on the earth today Jos. 18:1-2. Preparation is vital to experience divine appearance; this makes spiritual preparation very important for everyone that desires to maximize Shiloh 2024.
Covenant understanding that will enhance preparation for Shiloh 2024.
- Understand that Shiloh is not a church program, but a mountain of answered prayer.
One feature of Shiloh is that God has promised to hear the prayer, and committed Himself to deliver answer to every prayer made there 2Chr. 7:14-15; 1Jn. 5:14-15. This understanding suggest preparation in order to maximize the opportunity.
- Hiding iniquity in our heart will prevent God from hearing us.
God’s word states specifically that if we hide any iniquity in our heart, the Lord will not hear us Isa. 59:1-2; Psa. 66:18. In essence, one can be on a mountain of answered prayer and miss out because of hidden sins. Therefore, a preparation essential to make Shiloh 2024 deliver maximally is to clear off every sin.
- Get set to hear the voice of God.
Shiloh is a mountain of access to the voice of God, which will always result in testimonies Mat. 1:5-6; Psa. 29:3-11. In our preparation for Shiloh 2024, we are to engage in the things that will position us to hear God’s voice Isa. 30:29-30.
