Memory verse:
“And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.”
“Then came the first, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained ten pounds.”
“And he said unto him, Well, thou good servant: because thou hast been faithful in a very little, have thou authority over ten cities.”
‘And the second came, saying, Lord, thy pound hath gained five pounds.”
“And he said likewise to him, Be thou also over five cities.”
– Lk. 19:13,16-19.
In God’s kingdom, our choices as individuals largely determine our outcome in life Deu. 30:19. The choice of what we do with the opportunities that come our way, defines the ultimate of each person’s experience. Scripture makes us to understand that no one lacks opportunities, they keep coming to each person over and again Rev. 3:20. Those who claim to lack opportunities have only shown a fundamental problem of dodging responsibilities, because this is how opportunities are presented.
Right Choices Essential for Right Outcome in Life.
- The Choice to Bring Forth Fruits as Individuals.
Every child of God has a ministry of reconciliation in Christ2Cor. 5:17-20. This involves reaching out and helping the unsaved to commit to the life of Christ.
This means believers are chosen and ordained to bring forth fruits, and these fruits are expected to abide to qualify for the rewards Jn. 15:16.
We must take note that we are called to bring forth fruits as individuals 1Cor. 3:6-8; Jn. 4:35-36. Each believer, as a branch of the vine shall be assessed for the fruits he bears Jn. 15:1-2.
