Scriptures makes us to understand that stewardship or service is the pathway to emerge as a giant in the kingdom Jn. 12:26; Lk. 22:25-27. In reality many believers are found engaged in active service but with experiences that can best be described as contrary to glory. A detailed analysis will show that their mentality is the challenge, it takes possessing a right mentality for ones labor in the kingdom to be fruitful and rewarding Acts 8:20-21; Pro. 4:23. Mentality refers to what occupies the mind, which informs how an individual thinks and his perspective. No matter how much a man labors, how he thinks is what will determine his result Pro. 23:7.

Our teaching this week has been on the right mind from scriptural understanding that guarantee profitable stewardship, and the actualization of our promised glorious destiny. You are sure to begin to emerge in greatness as you attend to this truth.

The Right Mind for Fruitful Stewardship.

1. We must possess a runner’s mentality.

Life on the earth is a race, and only committed runners ever emerge as winners 1Cor. 9:24. Running means to pursue with dedication, discipline, determination and sacrificially, towards the accomplishment of one’s goal and desire. Running involves taking practical steps, getting physically involved in all it takes to get at a desired result and accomplishment. Every vision demands a run to be accomplished; no vision ever gets fulfilled except man accepts the responsibility to run with it Hab. 2:3. The good news is that contrary to what obtains in the natural, everyone that runs to the end in the kingdom race wins the prize Matt. 24:13. Therefore, keep engaging in kingdom advancement endeavor until you breast the tape 1Cor. 9:24.

A runners mentality is sure to empower the believer for steadfastness in stewardship until he emerges as a star in life 1Cor. 15:58. As you make the decision to keep running, I see you emerge as the next kingdom star.

Father in the name of Jesus, I receive the help of the Holy Spirit to operate with the mind of Christ thereby making me to command amazing result and reward in this prophetic season 1Cor. 2:16.

Action.

Go after the souls you have targeted for the on-going operation; for their salvation and to see them appear in church with you.
