Memory verse:

The scriptures make it clear that the essence of the new life in Christ is for the believer to become instrumental in getting others to Christ Eph. 2:10; 2Cor. 5:17-19. And the more the number of the unsaved a believer gets reconciled to God, the more he gains access to the provisions that the new life offers Jn. 15:8. An understanding of how to be effective and productive at reconciling men to Christ is therefore at the heart of maximizing the privileges of new birth.

From scriptures, we know that the mind is central in defining a man’s capacity and life on the earth Pro. 23:7; 4:23. In essence, the mind or mentality sets the pace for the believer’s level of effectiveness and fruitfulness in stewardship. It is not how much we labor in the kingdom, but laboring with the right mind that makes for productivity. Our study this week has been on the kind of mind that will foster effective and fruitful stewardship. Be blessed as you we explore this together again today.

The Right Mind for Fruitful Stewardship.

1. We must possess an appointment mentality.

Scriptures makes it clear that the disciples of Jesus were appointed Lk. 10:1. This shows that everyone that accepts the responsibility of kingdom advancement engagement is on divine appointment. Every appointment is by a document, which states the assignment and the entitlements attached to faithfulness on the assignment. Scriptures instruct that one must not fail to pay anyone that one so appoint for any task Jms. 5:4. How much more God, He is committed to pay everyone on His appointment whatever is their due.

The consciousness of reward will always strengthen man towards the pursuit of any task until accomplishment. Therefore, an appointment mentality is a self-motivating factor in stewardship. I see each one of us command strange dimension of result in the on-going ‘Operation who is on the Lord’s Side’ that will entitle us for great rewards.

Jesus is Lord!

Prayer.

Father in the name of Jesus, I receive the help of the Holy Spirit to operate with the mind of Christ thereby making me to command amazing result and reward in this prophetic season 1Cor. 2:16.
