We understand from scriptures that life is made with doors Rev. 3:7-8,20. It takes the opening of the doors for life to answer to man Isa. 45:1-3. Every door is opened with a key, we therefore need a good understand of the keys that open the doors of life in order for us to have charge of life.
The Covenant Keys that Opens the Doors of Life.
- Being born again and remain so.
Jesus has custody of all the keys of life, and at salvation He takes His residence in the believer Rev. 3:7,20. By implication, the believer has custody of all the keys of life after he becomes born again. Therefore, no door is permitted to be shut against a believer in life again 2Cor. 5:17.
- Remain in love with God.
Love for God is a master key to all the doors of life 1Cor. 13:8; Rms. 8:28. In essence, true love for God will have every door open to the believer of their own accord. Please, note that love is not in words but in deed and truth 1Jn. 3:18.
- Commitment to following God’s leading.
When we are committed to follow the guidance of God, every door is bound to open to us in life Psa. 23:1-6; Isa. 48:21. Therefore, when a believer is committed to follow always God’s leading; he is guaranteed opened doors always.
- Build partnership with Christ.
God’s presence is another master key to the world of open doors Psa. 114:1-8; Rms. 8:31. We build partnership with Christ essentially by pursuit of the interest and advancement of God’s kingdom Mat. 28:19-20; Mk. 16:15-20.
- Commitment to prayer lifestyle.
Prayer is another guaranteed master key to open doors Lk. 3:21-22; 9:28-33. It is praying for kingdom advancement prayers that secure open door for the believer.
- Commit to the giving lifestyle.
The power of the seed has the capacity to for any door open in life Pro. 18:16; Mal. 3:10. A believer, who is committed to the life of giving generously and sacrificially, has secured open doors in all areas of his life.
- The lifestyle of praise and worship.
Praise and worship are two forces that open any door in life Acts. 16:25-26. When we make them our lifestyle, we have taken command over all the doors of life, which will begin to open to us of themselves.
In conclusion, it is when the doors of life are closed that man’s experience will be characterized with failure, struggle, pain disappointment etc. But when the doors are open, the believer moves from glory unto glory in life 2Cor. 3:18. Watch, as you apply these covenant keys in your life form now, no door will ever be closed against you in life again!
To anyone reading this that will love to give his/her life to Christ, pray this prayer out loud with me from your heart: “Lord Jesus, I surrender my life to you today. Forgive me my sins; wash me with your blood. I believe you died for me, on the third day you rose again that I may be justified. Right now, I believe that my sins are forgiven; I’m justified by your blood; I’m born-again; I’m saved; I’m a child of God; I’m free from the power of sin to serve the living God. Thank you Jesus for receiving me; thank you Jesus for restoring me; thank you Jesus for
