We established from scripture that wisdom is key to making the most of life on the earth (Pro. 4:7-9; 8:22). This wisdom is not found among men, its source is only in God (Job 28:12-13,20-23).

Vital Scriptural Understanding About the Wisdom from Above.

1. Every Believer Has the Mind of Christ.

The mind of Christ is the gift of God at redemption; it is a rich deposit of divine wisdom in every believer (2Tim. 1:7; 1Cor. 2:14-15; Rms. 11:29). This gift is ordained for believer’s profiting 1Cor. 12:7).

2. The Mind of Christ Requires Stirring to Deliver Result.

In the natural, all treasures are hidden in the belly of the earth, and demands exploration before access (Mat. 13:44). So, it is in the spiritual, the rich and precious deposit in the mind must be stirred to deliver (Rms. 11:33; 2Tim. 1:6-7).

Biblical Ways to Stirring Up the Mind of Christ in Us.

1. Feeding on the Word.

God’s Word is the ‘rod’ used to stir up this deposit in the mind (Psa. 9:7-8; 119:97-100; 2Tim. 3:15). Christ is the Word, and scripture describe Him as a stem from Jesse, which means a rod (Isa. 11:1-2; Jn. 1:1-5).

2. Meditation on the Word.

Meditation is act of deep thinking on the Word on issue of interest; this stirs the mind of Christ in us to deliver divine wisdom (Jos. 1:8; Psa. 1:2-3; Jer. 15:16; 1Tim. 4:13-15).

3. Prayer of Enquires.

This is the prayer that asks question, with the aim to know what is hidden or missing (Dan. 2:16-19; Jer, 33:3; Jms. 1:5). Fasting is vital here, because it is the spiritual force that tears off blindfold of the enemy, causing us to see and walk in wisdom (2Cor. 4:4; Mat. 17:19-21; Isa. 58:6-11).

Focus means concentration of effort on a thing. Strong focus on any subject of interest in searching of scripture, anointed books, other resources etc. is a vital demand for accessing depth of wisdom deposit in the mind (Ecc. 1:13,17; Dan. 9:2; 2Tim. 4:13).

5. Through Thanksgiving as a Lifestyle.

Thanksgiving always leads to praise, resulting in the manifestation of God’s presence (Psa. 100:4; 16:11;). Company with the all-wise God makes His wisdom to rub off on a believer (1Tim. 4:17; Pro. 13:20).

Conclusion.

The wisdom from above transforms the down trodden into a prince overnight (Gen. 41:14,38-44). It is available to all, but accessible only by those who subscribe to the demands. Over to you.
