Memory verse:
“And now, O ye priests, this commandment is for you. 2 If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith the LORD of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart. 3 Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it.” – Mal. 2:1-3.
Thanksgiving is the act of acknowledging the hand of God and celebrating His acts in our lives Psa. 40:5; 92:1-2. One of the blessings of thanksgiving is that it moves God to do new things in our lives Lk. 17:17-19. This is one of our secrets as a commission that has kept us experiencing new things and changing levels. Scripture further instructs that we must give thanks and praise with understanding for it to be profitable Psa. 47:7.
Reason for Our Thanksgiving as A Commission.
- For Confirmation of the Word in Signs, Wonders, and Diverse Miracles.
Testimonies are the acts of God triggered by believers who take scriptural responsibility. This means that believers taking responsibility is not enough; God has to show up before testimonies can happen. We must understand that:
- Every miracle is a product of the confirmation of the word 16:20; Acts 14:3.
- This commission is known as the home of signs and wonders over the years 8:18; Acts 5:12-14.
- One of such testimonies is inexplicable peace to date Job 34:29; Php. 4:7.
Indeed, God has been good and gracious to us in this commission these 45 years. This is why we have dedicated this whole week to proclaim His goodness for all men to hear.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father, thank you for your faithfulness to us over these 45 years as a commission, families, and individuals Psa. 92:1-2.
Action.
Locate more people and tell them about God’s goodness in this commission.
Priestly Blessings.
The good hand of God shall be multiplied upon your life from now!
The only thing shall be spoken about in your life from now is what the Lord has done!
