God has ordained a great life for the believer, and He provided opportunities to make this a reality 2Pet. 1:4. Understanding is a vital demand for the believer to experience this Psa. 119:144. First, we must understand that without God, every effort of man in life will end at nothing Jn. 15:5. Therefore, man needs connection to God to make the most of life. There are places God provided to connect to man, Shiloh is one of such on the earth today Jos. 18:1-2. Second, expectation is principal to make the most of such places Pro. 23:18. In essence, without right expectation, being present in a place ordained by God for encounter with God may produce no effect in the man’s life Gen. 28:16.
What makes expectation powerful?
- Expectation makes faith effective.
According to scriptures, faith is the substance of things hoped for Heb. 11:1. In essence, it is the substance of expectation, or faith is expectation born of God’s word. Therefore, faith is fake without expectation.
- Expectation makes prayer effective.
Faith is a must for prayer to deliver result Mat. 21:22; 1Sam. 1:13-14. Remember that faith is expectation based on God’s word. In essence, expectation is a must for prayer to produce Mk. 11:24.
- Expectation empowers our thoughts for effect.
The expectation of an individual defines what goes on his thoughts, and our thoughts determines our experience in life Pro. 23:7; 4:23. Therefore, we must keep thinking the reality of our expectations.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father, in the name of Jesus, by the Spirit of God help my expectation to come alive thereby empower me take full delivery the blessings at Shiloh 2024 Pro. 16:1.
Action.
