Memory verse:
“After these things the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself would come. 2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.” – Lk 10:1-2.
Understanding the times and seasons of life puts believers at an advantage; it empowers with the knowledge of the right thing to do 1Chr. 12:32. For instance, we are in a revival season, which is like the planting season for farmers. This means that we are in a season of great spiritual labor and investments Pro. 10:5; Hag. 1:3-8. The labor is pursuit after kingdom advancement, the endeavor that pays the most on earth Job 36:11.
The Opportunities to Engage in Kingdom Stewardship.
- A Place for Following Up New Converts.
The assignment Christ left the church is not just win souls for Him, it goes further to raise them into disciples of Christ Mat. 28:19-20; This means that our converts must abide in the faith before we are counted as faithful laborers Jn. 15:16. Some ways to do this include:
a) Following up is one of the ways to ensure that our converts abide Jn. 15:16; Mat. 28:18-20.
b) Checking up on our converts regularly is a way to keep them in the faith Acts 15:36; Rms. 1:11.
c) Making spiritual resources available to them helps build faith in Christ Jn. 3:15; 1Pet. 2:2.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father, endow me with grace for tireless kingdom advancement pursuit, making me a faithful steward positioning me for the profits of the kingdom Zch. 4:6-7.
Action.
Make the decision that none of your converts this year shall be lost.
Priestly Blessings.
Every power of hell contesting against the life of our converts this year are crushed!
By the blood of Jesus, every convert of this year is secure in the faith for life!
