Memory verse:
“And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine?”
“There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.”
“And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: thy faith hath made thee whole.”
- Lk. 17:17-19
God has next levels of blessings for His children Pro. 4:18. In essence, there is a better level than where you are now that God intend for you Isa. 43:18-19. What we need is the understanding of the demand to access the next level. We have established from scriptures that giving thanks is that requirement Jer. 30:19-22. The lifestyle of thanksgiving will secure open gates for access to next levels in life Psa. 100:4.
What is in thanksgiving that makes for next levels?
- Thanksgiving is gateway to next levels of anointing.
Scriptures make us to understand that giving of thanks invokes the release of fresh anointing Psa. 92:1-2,10. Fresh or next level of anointing will result in the clearing of obstacles, oppositions and limitations, which will result in the believer’s unhindered access to next levels in life Psa. 92:10-14; Isa. 10:27.
- Lack of thanksgiving is considered as pride in this kingdom.
The perspective of God to a believer not giving thanks is pride Jer. 13:15-17. Pride is a vice that no victim has ever survived its destructive power Pro. 16:18. In essence, any reason the believer has for not giving thanks to God is the trap the enemy has used to pull him into destruction. You must escape every of such trap from now.
