We have established from this week teaching that the believer is ordained for a life of continuous next levels Pro. 4:18. God’s kingdom to which the believer was introduced through salvation is the ever progressive kingdom. In essence, God’s plan for His children is to keep going forward Exo. 14:15. Whatever the height a believer attains, God’s plan is to always take him to the next level Pro. 4:18, We also identified from scriptures the kingdom way to the life of continuous next level is thanksgiving Psa. 92:1-2,11-14.
Understanding the mystery of thanksgiving.
- Thanksgiving is the gateway to next levels of anointing.
The anointing is vital for the believer to experience the kingdom life of continuous next levels Psa. 92:10-14. It takes the anointing to destroy the yokes that want to limit the believer’s progress Isa. 10:27. Therefore, access to the next level of anointing makes the believer to access his next levels of blessing. Thanksgiving is the believer’s guarantee to the next level of anointing Psa. 92:1-2,10.
- Lack of thanksgiving makes the believer vulnerable to destruction.
From scriptures, we understand that God views an unthankful believer as proud Jer. 13:15-17. The price for pride is a fall and ultimate destruction Pro. 16:18. In essence, when a believer is not thankful, he is vulnerable to fall in life, as he is exposed to the forces of destruction.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father in the name of Jesus, thank you for the release of the grace for thanksgiving, thereby empower me for thanksgiving as a lifestyle from today Rms. 4:20.
Action.
Itemize the things God has done in your life this year, and give thanks for them.
