Memory verse:   

“Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?”

• Exo. 15:11.

The scriptures is explicit on the truth that the believer is redeemed a supernatural being. When an individual experiences salvation, scriptures say he is born of the Spirit of God and he is now a spirit Jn. 3:3-6. As a spirit, the supernatural becomes the natural experience of the individual Isa. 8:18; Jn. 3:8. Many believers have become used to the natural, which makes the supernatural unreal and far-fetched to them. What such need is the training on how to operate the supernatural Mk. 3:14-15. Foremost on this training is the understanding that praise is basic for experiencing the supernatural in life Exo. 15:11; Jn. 6:6-11.

The Place of Praise in working the Supernatural.

1. Praise invokes new anointing that triggers the supernatural breakthrough power of God.

From scriptures, we understand that praise will always result in the release of new anointing Psa. 92:1-2,10. The anointing is the power of God at work. In essence, when a new anointing is released, the power of God in a dimension never experienced is released. This will result in new order breakthrough in the believer’s life Isa. 45:1-3; Isa. 61:1-7.

• Praise will secure the delivery of every prophetic word.

Remember, our God operates prophetically. This means He will always speak ahead of what He intend do Isa. 42:8. Every time God speaks of what He will do, there is the demand on the believer to stir Him into what God said could be done. Praise is the guaranteed way we move God into action to do His word Exo. 15:11. In essence, praise is how to secure the delivery of whatever God has spoken.

Often, the reason for the suffering and struggle of many believers is ignorance, either of their right or what it takes to experience their right in Christ Hos. 4:6. The supernatural is the heritage of every believer and praise is a principal demand to make it one’s experience in reality Isa. 8:18; Exo. 15:11.

Jesus is Lord!

Prayer.                                                

Father in the name of Jesus, empower me by your Spirit for the lifestyle of praise, thereby positioning me for the experience of the supernatural as my normal experience henceforth Acts 2:4,11.
