Memory verse:
“Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?” – Exo. 15:11.
By redemption, believers are sent into the world after the order of Jesus Christ as signs and wonders Isa. 7:14; Jn. 17:18. This means every believer is ordained to manifest the supernatural as his natural experience. We have established from scripture that praise is the responsibility believers must embrace to make the supernatural the reality in their lives Exo. 15:11; Psa. 22:3. When praise become the way of life of a believer, in and out of season, he has created the atmosphere for the supernatural to freely manifest.
The Power of Praise in Stirring the Supernatural.
- Praise Invokes the Release of the New Anointing.
The anointing is the Holy Spirit at work in believers’ life, this is vital because the Holy Spirit is our dependable helper and source of empowerment Jn. 14:16-17,26. Praise invokes the release of the Holy Spirit at a new level on believers, which result in the new anointing Psa. 92:1-2,10. New anointing indicate new level of power leading to supernatural breakthrough Psa. 92:10-15; Isa. 45:1-3; 61:1-7.
- Praise Engenders Fulfilment of Prophecy.
Every word that proceeds from the mouth of God is guaranteed to come to pass Isa. 14:24,27; 55:11. To see it come to pass, we need to engage the weapon of praise 1Ths. 5:18; Heb. 10:36. Believers who will take delivery of prophecy don’t wait to see it fulfilled before praising God, they engage in praise to enforce its fulfilment.
