Memory verse:
“And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.” – 1Jn. 5:14-15.
Believers have this advantage that many seem not to be aware of, or lack the understanding of how to experience it in reality. This is the covenant of God to answer every prayer of His children Mat. 7:7-8; 1Jn. 5:14-15. The Bible makes it clear that, whatever a believer asks in prayer believing is guaranteed to be answered and delivered practically to him Mk. 11:24; Mat. 21:22. Believers are therefore not permitted to be overcome by those things that come against everyone in life, when we understand how the prayer altar deliver results always.
Demands for Guaranteed Answers to Believers’ Prayer.
- Engage in a Cry of Faith.
Prayer is essentially a platform for communication with God to build intimacy, which results in the automatic meeting of all our needs Heb. 4:16. Speaking the right language is a basic demand in the art of communication; faith is the language of God Heb. 11:6. Therefore, prayer will only deliver when we engage in a cry of faith Jms. 1:6-8; Mk. 10:46-52. Faith silences all fiery darts of the enemy, which are against the prayers of believers, resulting in answer to prayers Eph. 6:16; Mat. 17:12-21. Faith is intentionally built with God’s word Rms. 10:17. This implies that, a believer must build his faith before he goes to pray to get result in prayer.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father, I confess and forsake sin in my life – forgive me and cleanse me by your blood; thereby make my voice to be heard in prayer from today Psa. 66:18-19.
Action.
Make the choice to build your faith before engaging in prayer from now.
