Church growth is a must because it is essential for believers to experience the glory ordained for them Jer. 30:19. This is why I believe the devil is vehement in his stand against church growth Mat. 16:18; 1Ths. 2:18. The church must understand the scriptural way to subdue his opposition, in order to experience supernatural growth Lk. 11:21-22. This is by engaging the power of prayer and fasting Mat. 17:19-21. Prayer is therefore a core demand for supernatural growth of the church Isa. 66:7-8; Ezk. 36:37.
The Power of Prayer in Commanding Church Growth.
- Understand that Soul Winning is Vital for Church Growth.
No church grows without the people being on the go for Christ Lk. 14:17-23; Jn. 4:29,39. This is why soul winning is God’s wisdom for sustaining supernatural church growth Jn. 15:16.
- Prayer is Vital for Soul Winning.
Satan’s hold must first be broken for the unsaved to be willing to make a decision for Christ Lk. 11:21-22; 2Cor. 4:4. Prayer is the covenant force for breaking this hold, making it vital for fruitful soul winning endeavor and church growth Psa. 2:8.
- Prayer is Essential for Salvation of Souls and their Establishment.
Prayer and fasting is required to get people saved, and see them established in the faith Gal. 4:19; Col. 4:12.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father, empower me by the Holy Spirit for tireless kingdom advancement prayer engagement from now Zch. 12:10.
Action.
Engage the prayer altar to see all your converts and contacts appear in church tomorrow.
