Memory verse:

God’s interest is the person before things and situation, every time people approach to God their person is first referenced before things Gen. 3:3-4. Despite prayer being s form of serving God, and a very highly rewarding one Lk. 2:37-38. When believers engage at the prayer, the person is what is first turned before changing his situation and things Lk. 9:28-35, It is the change within the individual that results into the changes all around him Mat. 25:26. This is the secret behind the greatness of all men of prayer in the Bible.

Scriptural Examples of Giants Made at Prayer Altar.

1. David.

David was the eighth son of Jesse, and the most despised among the sons 1Sam. 16:5-12. David found solace in God as he kept the cattle of his father in the wilderness. This made him to become a man given to prayer; he prayered three times a day Psa. 55:17. he became sold out to God and the interest of His kingdom 1Chr. 29:3,12-14; Psa. 132:1-5. The outcome of this was that David was transformed into a man after God’s heart, and a giant that is still celebrated till today in Israel 1Sam. 13:14; Mat. 9:27.
