Memory verse:
“Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.”
“Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.”
“God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.”
- Psa. 67:5-7.
We understand from scriptures that though we are less than twenty-hours for year 2024 to end, it is never too late to have pending desires for the year become realities Jn. 11:21-23. Praise is the scriptural way to move God and His hand in our favor, when this is done, things happen supernaturally Psa. 22:3, Exo. 15:11. We need good understanding of praise; what is in praise, how to, and what to expect, to have good result when we engage it Psa. 47:7.
What is in praise that guarantees supernatural turnaround?
- Praise engenders opening of prison doors.
We have established from scriptures that when praise goes up from the believer, God’s manifest presence is experienced Psa. 22:3. The effect is that every prison door gives way, bonds are loosed, and freedom is established Acts 16:25-30.
- Praise hands over our battles to God.
We live in a world of battles, where everything in life requires warfare before one can take delivery Deu. 2:24; Eph. 6:16. When our praise goes up, God takes over our battles and our victory becomes automatic 2Chr. 20:14,17,22-24.
What the situation is with us as individuals now is not the problem. We can engage praise for a spontaneous change from the valley to our high places even before the year is over Hab. 3:17-19.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father, in the name of Jesus, blessed by your Holy name for your lovingkindness, faithfulness, and blessing all through this year Psa. 34:1.
Action.
Engage in thanksgiving and praise for those things you still desire for this year.
Priestly Blessings.
No concern shall remain in your life by the time we close up on the year!
You shall cross over to the new year with songs of victory and celebration on every side!
