Memory verse:
“And he entered into one of the ships, which was Simon’s, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the ship.”
“Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught.” Lk. 5:3-4.
The challenge in God’s kingdom is not of the credibility or validity of kingdom provisions. It is lack of the understanding of many believer’s on how to make the provisions a reality in their lives Ecc. 10:15. We understand that greatness is the right of every believer, but the believer needs to understand how to experience this? The scriptures show that divine encounter is the secret behind attaining greatness as a believer Isa. 51:1-3.
Helps to experience divine encounters in this ongoing Post-resurrection season.
Moses had just an encounter with God, and this became the breakthrough point of his life Exo. 3:7-10. This made an 80-years old to emerge a generational icon Deu. 34:10-12; Acts 3:22.
Peter was an ordinary fisherman with no level of literacy Acts 4:13. But by his encounter with Christ, Apostle Peter was made into a leading apostle Acts 2:14-41; 5:15-16.
Like every other thing in God’s kingdom, a genuine crave is vital to experience encounter with God Isa. 55:1-2; 41:17. The stronger the craving, the better the believer’s access to an encounter.
God’s word is God in printed form Jn. 1:1. In essence, when the believer commits to searching the scriptures, he is guaranteed encounters with God 1Sam. 3:21.
