Scriptures make us to understand that God has a design of a great life for every of His child on the earth 2Pet. 1:3; Rms. 8:29-20. But there is the way of God to experience this great and luxurious life, and until an individual understands and walk in the way he will keep struggling in all probability Eccl. 10:15. Often, it takes an encounter with God for the believer to access the way of life Psa. 16:11. An encounter with God is the experience of a believer having God appears on a personal level, often to instruct the individual on matters pertaining to his destiny Gen. 12:1-4.
An encounter with God can safe a man from lifetime struggle, and shorten the distance to accomplishment in life. But we have established from scriptures that an essential for encounter with God is preparation Pro. 16:1. The level of preparation by an individual will determine the encounter with God. Also, there are divinely appointed places of encounter with God, where it’s cheap to experience the appearance of God. One of such in this generation is Shiloh, the divinely commanded annual gathering of Winners’. When one meets with God in an encounter, what are the things that happen? And how does one effectively prepare for an encounter?
The Significance of Preparation for Encounter with God.
- Preparation entitles the believer to open doors and delivery of desired testimony.
Every time God appears, doors of life that have been shut against the individual open forcefully Psa. 24:7-10. And doors open, ones heart desires are released as testimonies. Hannah prepared to meet her God, and she came forth with her desired testimony of Samuel 1Sam. 1:13-19. Hannah did not only bring forth Samuel, she further had other five children 1Sam. 2:21.
- A vital preparation is to be in the spirit.
God is a Spirit, and everyone that will truly experience His appearance must be in the spirit Jn. 4:24; Rev. 1:10. Therefore, appearing on the mountain of encounter of Shiloh is not enough, we need to work on ourselves to be in the spirit as we go to Shiloh and remain in that state all through.
Remember, the date for Shiloh 2021 again is December 7 to 14 2021, and it will hold at every of our locations (Living Faith Churches aka Winners; Chapel Int’l) across the globe.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father in the name of Jesus and by the power of the Holy Spirit, everything that may deny me of an encounter at Shiloh 2021 is taken off my life now Psa. 51:7.
Action.
Deal with every manifestation of the flesh, and labor to become a believe who walks in the spirit.
