Memory verse:     

“And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: ² And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God.”       – Deu. 28:1-2.

Scripture shows that God has a place at the top for every of His children, but only those who take responsibility will rise to the top Deu. 28:13; Mat. 5:14-16. Rising to the top is possible only through the hand of God Psa. 75:6-7. We have established from scriptures that commitment to obeying whatever God tells us to do as contained in the Bible, and doing commits God’s hand to raise the individual Deu. 28:1-2.

Basic Scriptural Commandment that Guarantees a Great Future.

1. The Love Commandment.

Love is a commandment of God as contained in scripture for every believer Jn. 13:34. The Bible even recognizes it as the greatest law Mat. 22:36-37. Some of the benefits of obeying the love commandment that makes for greatness are:

• Empowered to have command of all issues of life 22:36-40; Rms. 8:28.
• Established partnership with God making for a life of triumph 4:16-18; Php. 1:28.
• Divine nature is enhanced establishing our dominion 3:17-19; Mk. 10:27.
• Everything begins to work: revelation, giving, faith etc. 8:28; 1Cor. 13:1-3.

Jesus is Lord!

Prayer.                                                 

Father, I receive a fresh baptism with the Spirit for lifetime commitment to the commandments of scripture, thereby empowering me to rise to the top Zch. 4:6.

Action.

Make the decision to love God and remain committed in love.
