Memory verse:
“The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:” – Isa. 14:24.
A word from God is what is referred to as prophecy, it could be to an individual, a people, or a place 1Ths. 2:13. Every word from God is ordained for fulfilment, but it is as each person accept responsibility Isa. 55:10-11; 1Tim. 1:18. Thanksgiving is a guaranteed responsibility to see every prophecy come to fulfilment. Rms. 4:20-21. Every believer who desires to see whatever God said to him to come pass, must learn to engage the mystery of thanksgiving.
How Does Thanksgiving Facilitate Prophecy Fulfilment?
- Understand that there is No Impossible Thing with Our God.
The scripture makes it very clear that our God has the ability and capacity to make all things happen Mk. 10:27; Lk. 1:37. Also, time is not a limitation to Him.
- Understand that Prayer is Essential for Prophecy Fulfilment.
To see whatever God has said come to pass, we have the responsibility to remind Him Isa. 43:26. This is not because God is forgetful, but a proof of our faith. Hence, prayer is a covenant requirement for seeing prophecy fulfilled 1Tim. 1:18.
- Prayer must be Accompanied with Thanksgiving to Deliver Answer.
When prayer is accompanied with giving thanks, God is moved to bring to pass what He has spoken Php. 4:6; Mat. 6:9-13.
This simply means that thanksgiving guarantees the fulfilment of prophecy 1Ths. 5:18; Heb. 10:36. When thanksgiving becomes the lifestyle, no prophecy will fail in God people’s life.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father, in the name of Jesus, thank you for every word you have spoken in my direction for they are coming to pass with speed from now Php. 4:6-7.

Make or renew your choice to live by thanksgiving from today.
