God’s call on the believer by reason of redemption is not into a religion but into His order of life Jn. 3:15-16. In essence, salvation through Christ Jesus is not about a religion; rather it is giving man the privilege to enjoy God’s kind of life. With this life, the believer is translated to a higher order of life that makes him to become nothing less than a star on the earth Matt. 5:13-16. The reason why many believers don’t experience stardom is because they are yet to understand how to make the supernatural life they have received to deliver. Scriptures show us that dedication is the requirement to make the life in a being to manifest Mk. 4:30-32; Jn. 12:24-25. The life in a seed has the ability to make it become a great tree, but it must be sown into the ground else it will remain a seed.

Therefore, dedication is the key to emerge as a star that the believer is ordained to be in life. Our teachings this week will be focused on studying the bible for evidences to establish this truth. This we shall do by studying the life of characters in the bible that from no background rose as giants; and we shall identify the force behind their rise Heb. 6:12.

Scriptural Examples of Giants who Rose by Dedication.

1. Abraham.

Abraham was a failure at seventy years, but met with God and from then became sold out to God Isa. 51:1-2. At seventy five when he met God, and was instructed to leave his country and people, Abraham left immediately Gen. 12:1-4. At ninety, God stuck the covenant with Abraham with circumcision as the demand, immediately Abraham did it Gen. 17:10-13,26-27. Again, God demanded for a sacrifice of Isaac his promised son, immediately Abraham went to carry it out Gen. 22:1-18. This is Abraham following God dedicatedly; at the end he emerged a ‘trans-generational giant’ Gen. 24:1; Gal. 3:13-14.

Dedication is not a gift that is imparted; it is a choice individuals make and gets committed to. Dedication places a demand on men, but the outcome of it surpasses the demand. I see help by the Holy Spirit for dedication come upon you now.

Prayer.

Father in the name of Jesus, I receive the help of the Holy Spirit for a dedicated life to God and the advancement of His kingdom 1Cor. 15:10.

Check what you are dedicated to now; this is by looking at what takes priority in your finance and time.
