Memory verse:
“I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.”
“And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.”
“For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.”
- Hab. 2:1-3.
We serve a God that operates in seasons, with every season having specific plan and purpose for it Eccl. 3:1-8. Vision is the understanding of God’s plan and purpose for a life or season Hab. 2:1-2. Every vision places demand on the believer, but also delivers rewards that surpasses the demands Heb. 11:6. The rewards are delivered only for those that meets up to the mark expected in result for the season Php. 3:14. Now, we understand from scriptures that every vision delivers fully only at the end Hab. 2:3. Therefore, for the believer that will experience the full blessing of a prophetic season by meeting the set mark for the season, he must keep engaging to the end. How is the believer to keep engaging to the end?
Our Responsibilities in holding on to the end for full Delivery of vision.
- We must keep anxiety away from us.
The scriptures clearly instruct that the believer is not to be anxious over anything Php. 4:6-7. The reason is because anxiety connotes doubt, which is an enemy to receiving anything from God Jms. 1:5-7. Remember, whatever God said requires his hand to deliver; doubt withdraws God’s hand on a believer.
- We must continue to acknowledge the Holy Ghost, the Lord of the harvest.
The Holy Spirit is the chief executive of God’s operations on the earth today Jn. 14:16-17. And specifically He is the Lord of harvest, the mystery behind massive influx of souls into the kingdom Lk. 10:2. When we celebrate Him, He empowers the church for supernatural eruption in growth Hab. 2:17-19.
We are children born in due season with rare privileges; Operation Change of Story is one of such. We must not trash this privileged, let’s therefore arise in the last moment of this season to take delivery of the great things God has reserved for us.
Jesus is Lord!
