 from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will

“And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make

 thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:“

“And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee:

 and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.”

“So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him; and Lot went

with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran.”

Our God is the God of times and season, He created life on the earth in times and seasons Gen. 1:14-16; Eccl. 3:1-2. The scriptures make us to understand that every time and season of life is ordained for a divine purpose. Success and fulfillment in life is determined by the accomplishment of the purpose of God for the time and season Eccl. 3:11. The understanding of the divine purpose for every time and season of life is to enable the believer know the right thing to do per time 1Chr. 12:32. When this is done, accomplishment and fulfillment is guaranteed. But it is not just doing the right thing that makes for success; we must be PROMPT in our response in order to experience success SOS 5:2-7. This is the missing link why believers seem to obey God’s instruction per time, but fail to see anything happen; because of the delay in their response.

The Power in Prompt Obedience.

1. Timely response is key in making the most of any prophetic word.

In the natural, when a piece of iron is put into the fire and it becomes red hot, this is immediately engaged to do whatever is desired else the effect it can create is lost. The same applies in the things of the spirit; when a prophetic word goes out, it is ‘red hot’ moment. For desired effect to be generated, the believer must jump at the instruction for the moment Lk. 5:5-8; Jn. 21:4-6. One secret behind Paul’s greatness was his prompt response to his call and assignment Gal. 1:15-16.

This year brought us as a commission into a new wave of revival! And the instruction of God for the moment is the four dimension of church growth; double attendance of this assembly, replication of every cell, invasion of new nation with the Liberation mandate, double the rural church building project. I challenge you to dive into these tasks, and watch the outcome this year in your life.

Prayer.                                                

Father in the name of Jesus, I receive the help of the Holy Spirit for prompt obedience to demand of church growth; thereby positioning me for the full blessing of the season Eph. 3:16.

Action.

Develop a workable strategy to deliver the number of established souls for Christ you have set as target.
