A good understanding of prayer will empower a believer to maximize its blessedness. For instance, when prayer becomes communication between man and God, it changes one’s approach and outcome. This makes prayer a platform for interaction, which has the power to influence on the individual’s personality Pro. 13:20. This influence will result in corresponding changes in one’s life. This is why until prayer has changed the person, it may not change his situation Gen. 32:24-28,31. In the remaining days of this prayer and fasting, we must look forward to seeing this exercise effect changes in our personality.
Scriptural Example of An Individual with Amazing Testimony from a Prayer Life.
Daniel was a prisoner of war who was brought from his homeland of Israel into Babylon at a tender age Dan. 1:3-6. The king enticed and did everything to make him adopt Babylonian culture, language, and way of life Dan. 1:5-7. Daniel refused, chose to remain faithful to the God of Israel, and turned to the prayer altar Dan. 1:8; 2:16-18. He prayed three times a day, which made him emerge as a prayer giant Dan. 6:10. This transformed his body from natural flesh to a supernatural body Dan. 6:22. As a result, when he was thrown into the den, the lions had no power over him Dan. 6:19-23,

Father, pour upon me the Spirit of grace and supplication, thereby empowering my prayer life to a new level of effectiveness and results Zch. 10:12.
