Thanksgiving is the act of acknowledging God for what He has done and for what He has capacity to do Psa. 103:1-2. This is pleasant and endears an individual to God Psa. 147:1. It is why thanksgiving has the power to make believers break new grounds, because he is drawn close to God who is the ultimate new ground breaker Psa. 114:1-8. In simple words, every believer whose desire is to command breaking new grounds result must embrace thanksgiving as his way of life Hab. 3:17-19.
The Power of Thanksgiving that Guarantees Breaking New Grounds.
- Thanksgiving Invokes God’s Favor on Believers.
Favor is a kingdom force that makes things happen beyond the ability of an individual Psa. 44:3; Exo. 3:21. The result is ground breaking order of accomplishment Psa. 30:5-7. This is because favor invokes God to work, thereby making breaking new grounds order of result to happen Jn. 14:10; Php. 2:13.
- Thanksgiving Guarantees Increase and Enlargement.
What yeast is naturally to dough, is what thanksgiving is to life situations; it produces increase and enlargement supernaturally Jer. 30:19. This implies that when we give thanks, everything multiplies and enlarges supernaturally resulting in breaking new grounds testimony Psa. 92:1-2,10-15; 2Cor. 2:14.
