Memory verse:
“The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.” Ecc. 1:9.
Scripture prescribes that we follow examples, for cheap delivery of our desires Heb. 6:12; 1Cor. 10:11. This means that reference to past deeds of God either in our lives or others, empowers for victorious outcome in present challenge. The Israelite failed at this, which made the journey that ought to be for only forty days to be elongated to forty years. God word came to us that this church will be minimum double her attendance in the ongoing operation by all means. Can this still happen with only one week left? The Answer is yes, because it has happened before, it will happen again Ecc. 1:9.
How to Move God to Do What He Did Before?
- Identify Examples of What God has Done Before.
The example of the whole nation of Israel were turned to God in one day through the ministry of Elijah the prophet 1Kgs. 18:23-39. It means God can stir a national revival that will turn a whole nation back to Him in a day in our days Isa. 66:7-8.
- Understand that Every Act of God can be Repeated Again.
Every act of God is everlasting, which means it does not become outdated, obsolete, or extinct Psa. 119:144; Mat. 24:35. Therefore, it can be reproduced at any other time as desired by any man.
- Faith is a Vital Requirement to Experience God’s Act.
We need word-confident faith to experience the repeat of any act of God that we desire Heb. 11:6. Faith is a must to see God’s plan and purpose come to pass Gen. 21:1-7; Rms. 4:17-21.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father, in the name of Jesus and by your Spirit, help my faith to become strong for the full delivery of double church attendance prophetic word this last week of the season Mk. 11:24.
Action.
Appraise yourself to see whether the faith for fulfilment of God’s promise is in you.
