Memory verse:     

“Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.”

“Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.”

“God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.”

• Psa. 67:5-7.

The bible is a compendium of God’s instruction for profitable living on the earth Jos. 1:8. One of scriptural instruction to the believer is making thanksgiving and praise a lifestyle Mal. 2:1-2; 1Ths. 5:18. If the believer will engage in this profitably, there is the need to have sound understanding of why praise and how to engage in praise Psa. 47:7; Pro. 21:16.

What is in praise that guarantees supernatural turnaround?

1. Praise makes everything the work in favor of the believer.

Often, we are faced with situations where we have done everything yet nothing seems to work as expected. When we engage praise, it turns situations from ‘nothing working’ to everything working like a dream of the night Hab. 3:17-19,

2. Praise guarantees the delivery of God’s plan and purpose.

When God speaks, it might not be in agreement with the laws of nature but it is guaranteed to be fulfilled Rms. 4:17-19. Praise will suspend the laws of nature to deliver the plan and purpose of God as we saw in Abraham’s case Rms. 4:20-21.

Therefore, no matter the situation, we can praise our way out of every siege of bareness to fruitfulness Isa. 54:1-4.

Father, in the name of Jesus, blessed by your Holy name for your lovingkindness, faithfulness, and blessing all through this year Psa. 34:1.

Action.

Look at the issue that has mocked your salvation, and give God praise for it.
