Memory verse:
“He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.” Psa. 126:6.
Shiloh is ordained as a place of encounter for every Winner and believers at large Jos. 18:1-2. Now, faith is a must to take delivery of or gain access to every provision of God Mat. 9:29; Mk. 9:23. In essence, our faith needs to come alive to take delivery of God’s blessing ordained at Shiloh. What is faith? It is the substance of things hoped for and evidence of things not seen Heb. 11:1. The phrase “things hoped for” and “things not seen” means expectation. In essence, faith is expectation born of God’s word or word-based expectation. Everyone needs this to maximize the opportunities at Shiloh 2024.
What makes expectation powerful?
- Expectation gives value to intercession and supplication.
One of the great opportunities of Shiloh is answered prayer 1Sam. 1:19,12,17. Our intercession and supplication must be powered by expectation to deliver result Pro. 23:18; Jms. 4:2.
- Expectation determines what God will do in a life.
Jesus said, according to your faith, which means expectation based on God’s word, let it be unto you Mat. 9:29; Mk. 2:5. In essence, expectation is the force that moves God to do.
- Expectation turns situation into testimony.
Whatever the situation is, the expectation of the believer will turn it to a testimony Pro. 23:18; Psa. 62:5.
Jesus is Lord!
Prayer.
Father, in the name of Jesus, by the Spirit of God help my expectation to come alive thereby empower me take full delivery the blessings at Shiloh 2024 Pro. 16:1.
Action.
Begin to clearly state your expectations for Shiloh 2024.
Priestly Blessings.
The Holy Spirit shall empower you with right expectation for Shiloh 2024!
